1. How do I leave a message with my gift?
Ans.--Click on check out and it will tell what you bought and will give you a form to fill out. At the end of the form will be a place to enter your message.
2. How do I know when my order has shipped?
Ans.--Our on line order system will automatically send you, by e-mail an order confirmation along with a tracking number and all tracking information once the order is shipped.
3. How long does it take for an order to ship out?
Ans.--All express orders recieved before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. All ground orders ship within 48 business hours. All express orders after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
4. Can I cancel an order after it has shipped?
Ans--Yes you may. However there are fees associated with cancelling an order after it has shipped. The following fees will apply: shipping charges to and from the destination and a 20% restocking fee. If we need to request UPS to intercept the delivery there is an additional $12.50 fee.
5. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?
Ans.--Yes, we do. We ship to all Boxes, APO or FPO addresses through the United States Postal Service
