Return / Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be canceled. To attempt a cancellation please call us immediately and/or e-mail us. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee of cancellation once the order is submitted!
Claims & Returns
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of LK Gift Basket and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.
- If the gift is simply not wanted, or the you are not satisfied they may ship it back to us at their own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and un tampered with.
- If the gift is damaged or we have made an error: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.
In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused there will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling:
All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable.

Secure Shopping
This web site uses a secure server with encryption for transmission of all sensitive data between your computer and the web server. When the data leaves the web server to be processed, it is sent via a secure point-to-point connection and is stored behind a fire wall. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for transmitting documents via the Internet. SSL encrypts data that is transferred over the SSL connection to protect confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. Please note that E-mail is not encrypted so we urge you not to transmit your credit card information in this format.
